Popgun 4 Web Banner!

Everyone in Popgun vol. 4 was asked to do a web banner that showed a hint of their comic, and this one is mine! It looks kind of dark and scary, not really reflecting what my comic is actually like. However, a lot of people like it because its mysterious and makes you think, "oo, I wonder what THAT comic is about!" Haha, at least, I hope thats what it does :)

Outfits

As a sort of warm up in the mornings for awhile (and also to tell Stu what I was wearing that day) I started drawing a kind of fashion sketch of my outfit. Like the kind girls did in middle school. There aren't that many, only ten, because I quickly got bored of it (also some of my outfits were lame.)  I just repeated them on the page to look a little more interesting.

Sexy Bored

I need to update this blog more often, even if its just random stuff like this.



It's one of those sketches that come out looking the way you feel, except for the sexy bit I guess. I drew a bored face, then the rest of the body just came out. I wish I looked this good when I'm bored. This girl must workout or something.

A while ago a friend was passing around little 3"x2.5" cards to people asking for a sketch or painting on them for fun. I was into reading League of Extraordinary Gentlemen at the time so I painted this in water color. There is no reason for bringing it up now except that I just remembered that I scanned myself a copy of it before I returned it to my friend. So, why not?

My Sister's Kids!

OMG new post finally! I've been so preoccupied, I almost forgot I had a blog. I have a lot most stuff to post in the future, but I'll try to update more regularly! :D

Something I finished recently was some profile pictures of my sister's kids she wanted done in illustrator. Illustrator is tricky but kind of fun when you have to figure out stuff like shading and line quality. From left to right is Kian, Addy and Jilly!
